EXPERIENCE THE BEAUTY OF THE SPORT!

Rhythmic Gymnastics, the most beautiful of all Olympic sports, is unmatched for its elegant and expressive movements.  It combines the grace of ballet, the athleticism of gymnastics and the artistry of dance.  Athletes perform choreographed routines to music while handling apparatus such as rope, hoop, ball, clubs or ribbon as an extension of their bodies.  Rhythmic Gymnasts develop dexterity, flexibility, balance, coordination, power, grace and self-confidence.
