Tuition Information

Tuition Policy

• Tuition is due on the 15th of every month
• If payment is late, there will be a late fee of $45
• If a gymnast is absent from the gym for an extended period of time (i.e. leaving town, vacation, etc.), tuition must still be paid to keep the gymnast’s spot upon return
• If a gymnast must cease practicing for a period of time due to injury, no credit will be given for pre-paid tuition*
• If a gymnast decides to no longer train at EMC, there must be a 30 day notice and a payment of 1 month’s tuition to exit
• RG Levels 3-10 and AGG Teams are required to pay a one time per season admin fee

*Every sport has a risk of injury – If we credit every every gymnast that sustains an injury, we will not be able to continue paying bills
